We all have an internal voice that controls what we believe, but often that voice contradicts what we know logically.

It is why:

We are compelled to repeat the same behavior and keep expecting a different outcome.

It is why:

When colleagues, friends, and family tell us we’re great we can’t quite believe them.

It is why:

We feel something will be catastrophic even when logic tells us it’s no big deal.

If you suffer from any of the following symptoms, it’s a good indication that what you believe EMOTIONALLY differs from what you know INTELLECTUALLY:

Low Self-esteem

Because the underlying belief system that causes our symptoms is often unconscious, the advice of friends and family, self-help books, or even the most determined efforts will often fail. Your life only changes when you believe internally what you know intellectually

I work with individuals and couples to help them with the issues that stand between them and the life they want to have.
