During the initial session we can both decide if there is a good “fit” between your needs and my expertise.

My therapy sessions are 45-50 minutes in length and are scheduled at a frequency of one to four times per week.

During our first few sessions, we will be evaluating your situation and putting together a treatment plan that will address the concerns that brought you
to therapy.

By the end of the evaluation, I will be able to offer you some first impressions of what our work will include should you decide to continue in therapy with me.

Therapy, like anything else, requires a commitment. The more time you spend working through the issues that are hampering your success, the more likely you are to achieve the results you desire. As such, it is sometimes advisable to participate in therapy more frequently than once or twice a week.
